| Sydney has been sweet. -5 Ice Bar, Hyde Park, the Gardens, the Aquarium, the Zoo, The Rocks, exploring....but I'll be honest it was hard to leave our flat, excuse me, presidential suite, on top of the four seasons because i'm sure beds don't come more comfortable. Rob and Will and I started our mornings with blueberry pancakes, coffee, orange juice, and some white bath robe general meandering. we slowly and lazily transitioned into our days with a stop at starbucks. we hung out with travis and his bro (how's Vanuatu?) and saw the sights. also, will accidentally fell in a fountain. it may not sound smooth guys, but i'm here to tell you....it wasn't and here are the pics to prove it.... and the view from our shack... and of course.... **please note: extremely moderate and responsible drinking only, staged photograph, i apologize if you can't handle all the handsome | |

| Today I leave sydney with my brother and we'll be going to New Zealand! First stop queenstown and then from there who knows....Hanging out in Sydney with Will, Rob, and Jordan was awesome! Walked around, enjoyed some subway, sat in an ice bar that reminded me of harbin, china. Then I got to see the presidential suite which was awesome. I hope everyone is doing well! | |

| Yo Jon Thanks for finding my hair pick! I'll have to get that off you sometime. As for me, I'm home now and spending some time just chillin'. I got to sleep in my old bed and I'm getting used to being at home. Also, my family taped the latest season of "24" for me and I just finished watching 4 episodes. It's intense! The flight though took a lot out of me. I feel like I got hit with a truck and I don't really know why. Being at home's weird and cold | |

| HI Guyz!!!!!!
I'm more or less back in Germany. After a winter without snow here, it started snowing when I arrived. All in all the journey back was pretty boring (I watched X-men 1-3) and being back in Germany is totally strange. I visited some friends, to see that most of them still look the same and do the same like half a year ago. Somehow it's sad that one of the first things I tell everyone is that I'm leaving in 3 month again... However, I've got my laptop fixed and start preparing for sharing. I wonder how that'll work.
Well, that's it for now, since I have some trouble with getting a continually internet connection. Love yous and miss yous heaps! Bless yous!

| Heeey my mates, Yep, I'm back in Holland. In fact, I've been back for over a week now. I am still trying to get used to the cold weather (although everyone here is convinced it's 'springy'outside). Last Saturday I finally road my bike again! It was awesome..haha. Also I'm eating lots of licorice:) It's been great seeing my family again, finally got to see my new nephew..he's the cutest. Last weekend I met up with my youthgroup. They loved 'the chapter', and we did tim tam slams which was lots of fun. Sundaymorning in the service I got to share a lot about DTS. I got all these awesome reactions of people having tears in their eyes while hearing what God has done through all of us in lectures and outreach, and it seems some of my youthgroup friends are getting pretty excited about doing a dts themselves. So, hopefully soon there will be a multiplication of dutch people at the base For now it seems God is opening some oppertunities for a cool job for me here, so I'm very thankfull for that! Anyway, it's so cool to hear what you guys are up to.It's weird not being around you guys 24/7 anymore...miss all of you lots!! love, Joanne | |

| So I'm here at Ywam Perth....staying to do the school of worship which starts on sunday!!! There's a billion people i don't know on base so when they all ask me what i'm doing here i have to explain that I just finished dts and am waiting for SOW to start....hence the name "transition girl."
and yes i still live in 228, however, today is my last day there....i'm moving to Windsor Street. EXCITING...I've never been inside, but i've heard it's the nicest and newest house of ywam perth! let me just say...bath tub....oh wait...you guys are mostly at home and already experiencing the joys of a bath tub!
Well base is def. different without all you guys....it's been a kinda lonely and trying couple of weeks personally.....and spiritually, but cool because the Lord has really been using these 2 transition weeks to get me ready for SOW....
and it's great to hear from you all TRAVIS (and whoever helped with this stuff...jon?...sorry not sure who..) thanks so much for all the work you put into this and the email list and stuff....so awesome....!
okay talk to ya later | |

| Subject: Not Really Yoder... It's Dania Wed Mar 28, 2007 10:43 pm | |
| Hi Guys, this is Dania writing from Yoder's account.. cuz obviously somebody is slacking there on the other end, and hasn't approved my account... Either that or I've been blacklisted... anyways... Update I'm the other transition girl here on base, just chilling while I fill out the overwhelming Y Perth staff app. yikes. I think more emphasis would be put on the chilling part at this point. It's alot emptier without everyone so me and yods have been hanging out and.. welll.... doing nothing... lots of moments of silence for the late october dts. And spontaneous aerobics times We (yoder and I) also recorded our debut album called "Sounds of the Singing Princesses" with the title song "Evalina" We were gonna post the song on here, but it seems we can't do that... So travis? how do we let you preview our work of art? Anyways.. getting close to lunch time here, if I can remember anything else interesting I'll let ya know. Miss you all, and hope you're transitioning back to home without too many turbulents. Dania ps. realized a little too late that I forgot to say goodbye to lots of yous before I went home... even though it's just stirling st. I was still at home... So... that was bad planning on my part!! Repentence and forgiveness over email... sorry guys | |

| Subject: traveling around New Zealand Thu Mar 29, 2007 3:21 am | |
| Hi everyone! Right now I'm just wondering around New Zealand with my brother. We're having a great time seeing the sites here. New Zealand is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! If you get a chance to go you should because it is worth it. Every day I am amazed at the beauty of the countryside we are driving through. I've been able to drive some of the curviest roads in the world, kayak in a fiord, go to the beach, soak in a hot spring, spot a seal, ride a luge, do some tramping (hiking), and go jet boating. In just a few days I'll be in Vanuatu chilling on the beach and sailing as much as possible.
I miss you all a ton and think about you guys all the time. I keep meeting people in hostels from all over and each time I meet people I always think about my friends that happen to be from the same county as they are. I'm always like oh I have a really good friend from there. And then I miss you cause I wish you where here traveling with me... Anyways I love you all. take Care!

| Hey you guys I ate toasted sandwiches for lunch. Besides that I'm currently in the process of applying for an internship with my church's youth pastor meaning that I get to work with my churches youth group AND GET PAID! I'm also getting ready for working with Summit Ministries. Tomorrow I start calling churches and setting up meetings. It's been a little more difficult than I'd thought getting started again but finally things are starting to come together! What's happening with you? (From now on I'm posting in my own thread) | |

| Hey guys, well here's my update I have been back in Canada for just over 24 hours, Things are still rough, it's been very quiet and I have no idea what I am doing from now until January where I hope to be doing the SOFM. Other than that, I have no idea what's happening, I have many ideas but it's all a matter of what works out for me, and what God wants. So yah other than that things are a little..slow but God is faithful and I am sure things will pick up and I will have direction. I miss you guys soo much, can't wait to hear from you all, and to see some of you again.[ | |

| Hey , I know, I just wrote a mail to everyone, but since I encouraged everyone to write in the forum I thought it might be helpful to 'lead by example' (->be visionary 2 ) Besides all this serious stuff I forgot to mention some also pretty important things... For example I finally managed it to get peanut butter and I got to drive again (also a VW-bus one time I also got to see my guitar again (in the picture I sent you) though I don't really play so much, cause I got no pick. I ate rise with chopsticks and I met an alien -> , no just kidding, I just like the smily... I miss yous, see ya | |

He showed me around and figured out that i was in missouri anyways. I've been here for a week and i leave tomorrow. I was thinking maybe going to ohio sometime this week and volunteering with iwt, as island breeze's photographer, but i am still thinking about that. james is right if people don't start writing in this forum it will die. and i will cry.

| Hi Everyone! I've been home a week now, it's been good but tough at times too. Chris visited me in KC and so if anyone else wants to come that would be cool too. Why wouldn't you come to missouri it's the middle of the US how exciting is that... So onto other things I thought everyone might like to see a picture of me with my new glasses...and haircut... I would love a comment from everyone who reads this (especially if you haven't posted before) it's as simple as hitting "post reply" and typing "wow" or "dear goodness" or even a story about how you are doing. i love you guys...take care | |
