Jon doesn't think Peter Petreli is dead and neither do I...I think Heroes is one of the best shows ever! April 23rd the new episode comes out...Peter vs. Silar battle royale (Jon thinks this is the writers ploy to get rid of Peter Petreli's irritating haircut). What do you think?

Well , it,s all happening! I'm still stuck with episode 16, but right now, I'm getting episode 17. It shows me that the download will be finished in 12 h 23 m It's nt thatfast, but it works and then we may discuss the thing with Peter. For now I'm still blown away that Isaac shot his girlfriend (don't know how to write her name)

Finally I managed it to watch 'til episode 18... I'd say the 'haircut-theory' sounds good, while I kind of liked Peters hairstyle. I guess it's out of question that Peter dies ... that would just be too dumb, on the other side.. it would be sad if Cylar (don't know how to write) would not survive the battle royal with Peter. well, we'll see

I'm so excited for heroes tonight...as soon as I see it I'm going to go on the forum and post about it...i can't wait!!!

i'm so glad that peter is alive...and jon it turns out you were right, he did get rid of the annoying hair in his eyes. The question is what is going to happen to peter, is he going to go nuclear??? what is linderman going to have micah do? i have so many questions....and what did Isaac mean about telling people how to stop the bomb and how to kill sylar? I'm so confused.....what is going on...

This show has the quickest character changes ever, cause a few shows ago I hated Ted and now he's good??? and I kinda like him as a good guy and I definitely like Parkman and Clair's dad...well we'll see how things work out.

haha!! Best Episode yet in my opinion, mabye it's just becuase the wait is over.

Hmm... we have to remember that Micah is good with technology.... he can make ATM's go haywire, and rewired that computer that his grandfather gave him.. way back, made his grandpa go nuts and try to hit him.

Linderman reminds me of Ducard from Batman Begins, Rule the world of fear...

What was with the messed up "future painting" of Sylars! That was messed up...

Travis, your right about character change, so many people are swapping sides and whatnot, it's insane. I'm loving the preview for next week.... Suresh is in the white house helping Nathan... or was it Sylar?? Anyways, some kind of "gifted" genocide? and also I'm loving how in the room with the "timeline" in the future? Next week showed them all together, Pete, Hiro, etc, all in the future, like some kind of squad.

Anyways, this episode jumped around alot between story lines, I kind of hope (as well as don't) that next week sticks with one group (Peter and Nathan, Ted and Bennet,) and goes in depth.

Anyways, all of that reminded me of you guys, miss you, stay strong,

jon i think i figured it out....micah is good with computers...maybe linderman is going to have micah rig the election to make sure that nathan gets elected to office. i could be wrong but i think that micah is going to have something to do with how nathan wins. what do you think?

Also, I had a friend point out to me that "In the future" (for next episode) you see Peter Petrelli, which means... does he survive being the exploding man? Or can he regenerate after being the exploding man?

Something that intrigues me though... is the fact that the only reason we "know" Peter is the exploding man, is through the dream he had....

My question is (and has been for some time), where did that dream come from... He didn't "Inherit" that power from anyone, is it something he has on his own? His one (or second) original power? Because the only reason Nathan "knows" is because Peter told him in his little wakeup fiasco "It's me! It's my fault" *faint, and Linderman didn't actually confirm anything, he just said "we all have a part to play". So is it Peter at all? Also, we can see that the "Future" as it is seen by various characters can be changed, because originally, "Nathan is in the White house" now... Sylar? what? Can the future ACTUALLY be changed? If so (In Sylars Presidential case) then CAN Hiro actually change the bomb from exploding? Even though it seemed at the end of the episode that he can't? (and that the future can't be prevented).

Peter had contact with Isaac who could paint the future, infact Peter did some paintings himself.

That's probably where he got the power from which is how I see it. Peter simply adds a new dimention to the gift that Isaac has.

Isaac can obviously see the future, however he can only express it through art. Peter by coming in contact with Isaac can now paint the future and so can thusly see the future aswell.

I donno Jon... because when Issac sees (saw?) the future, it is very much a "trance state" and when he sees it through art, it's not like he sees the event unforld like Peter did (Becuase he never knew what the "still frame pictures" meant, he just sees the "still frame", and traces it. I think theres something different about how Peter did it because it's not quite the same, he was just unconscious and weak after nearly bieng killed by Sylar, not in the "future trance" like Issac and Sylar have been in (White cloudy eyes, crazed look, paintbrush...).

(Cough* I think your just irritated that Heroes proved you can't change the past as seen through future Hiro coming back... and the bomb STILL going off.... haha just joking dude, I liked the shout out to that though in a "memories" update though bud, made me laugh)

Oh man, the fight between Sylar and Peter was so cool too... short, but I still loved how equally matched they are, it's great. I can't wait for the inevitable awesome showdown.

I totally agree that this episode was amazing!!!
But after all Hiro is my favourite character and I hope he will have a bigger part in the next episode!!! I don't believe that Peter will explode, even with Lindermans explanation it would just go against everything Hiro is trying to do ('save the cheerleader, save the world') and since I like this guy things will work out differently... OK that's neither a good explanatioin on my side nor a good reason, but I'm fine with that!

wow! seriously it's like when you think heroes can't get any better it does...when "nathan" grabbed claire and i realized it was sylar i almost jumped out of my chair. not to mention when peter and sylar started to fight...that looked so freakin cool. I want to see that happen again. so this still doesn't help us figure out why peter explodes and destroys new york? is it because he's trying to stop sylar so if hiro kills peter won't explode? This must be what Isaac was talking about showing them how to stop the bomb and kill sylar.

NO WAY! hahah" i was watching it with two friends who don't watch heroes' so they dind't get it at all, and i've jumped up, and am pointing frantically at the screen going WHATT!??!? hahah WAHAT!? NO WAY"

Man, sucks that Matt Parkman is a badguy in that whole scenario.... It'd be interesting to know what all happened in the 5 years... like, Hiro is a terrorist? haha que? and peters intense scar, and he's with... jessica? When they first went into that bar, and she came out, she was introduced as Jessica, not Nikki... interesting.

Anyways, that Time line no longer exists I guess, because Hiro is changing it, Good ol Issac mendez... i wonder if he'll ever survive? Sucks to be a sweet character in a new show, only to be killed after yay many episodes.

Anyways.... awsome episode. I want to see a real Peter vs. Sylar showdown.... each one so far has been sweet.... "early powers" with picking up glass, going invisible etc, sweet. "late powers" with like... fire and ice energy?

Also, aww.... the one thing that gave hiro hope, was Ando. cute.

"Save the cheerleader save the world" FINALLY makes sense. (DID YOU KNOW THE WRITERS HAVE APPARENTLY PLANNED OUT WHERE THE SHOW IS GOING FOR THE NEXT 5 SEASONS? looks like they won't get "lost"... heh heh....)

That was some twist with Sylar impersonating Nathan. There were hints that Nathan wasn't exactly himself earlier in the episode so I wasn't too terribly surprised.

I really did like the developments in this episode. Though one thing bothered me: Why does Peter have that scar if he can heal himself? Hiro looked really freakin' cool in the future and it was cool to see Parkman (such a good guy in 2007) shift to the other side of the spectrum.

Not a whole lot of forward movement with the plot during this episode which is slightly dissapointing. I'm really looking forward to the next episode and seeing if Hiro can actually kill Sylar....the plus side for Hiro is that as long as he survives he can try as many times as it takes.

I too want to see a full on Peter/Sylar fight it would be really freakin' cool.

sometimes I'm happy that I'm not so good in analyzing...I enjoyed this episode sooooo much that I watched twice.
after the first time I walked through our house and after 5 min I recognized that I actually didn't even know where I was walking... I was totally off and I hope the next episode will be like that as well

so...what's going on with the city exploding??? is it sylar, peter, or ted?

I guess the most important question is do you think the city is really going to blow up or do you think that they will stop it? (this isn't rhetorical so please post your theories)

I don't know if it will explode,,, noone does I guess... but what I loved is how Sylar thinks it's him, the painting makes it look like it's whatshis face, ted, and Peter still thinks it's him. I think? It'll be Ted, personally is what I think. But, I don't think the City will explode.

i'm thinking it definitely won't be ted...since he's dead (hey that rhymes). i can't believe hiro's dad is a good guy...i want to know more about the group that formed back with linderman, petrelli's mom and dad, and hiro's dad. also, i thought linderman and hiro's dad were on the same side but it seems like they aren't. i'm so pumped to see sylar get taken out...at least i hope that is what we see. i think there are 2 more episodes left...i don't think that new york is going to explode, i think that they are going to stop it. i just hope hiro stops sylar before ando dies. i was so shocked when d.l. took out linderman, he was definitely someone who had it coming to him, and it seems like jessica and nikki are finally balanced. heroes is such a great show, i'm soooo excited!

Man what a season!

I was definitely impressed with the finale, it answered a bunch of questions but at the same time presented new ones...

Is Sylar really dead? If not, when did he learn to turn into a cockroach? Is that his superpower? The ability to survive and adapt?

What about the Petrelli bros? Dead or alive? Will Parkman make it? What about DL?

Hiro? Stuck in late 17th century Japan! Definitely sounds interesting!

What about this "worse than the boogeyman" person Molly was talking about?

AMAZING!!! That was such an awesome ending! I think everyone besides Peter and Nathan are for sure alive. I think Peter might somehow survive since he's got the whole regeneration thing. I was really not liking Nathan and then he went and did something self sacrificing and I like him again.

That was so awesome to see all the people coming together at the final showdown. And when Hiro showed up and "killed" sylar I was so exstatic I think I actually shouted.

I think next season sylar will obviously be back, but I'm really curious about the worse than the boogey man guy too.

I hear that they are going to have new Heroes episodes during the sumer too which is sweet. http://www.sliceofscifi.com/2007/05/14/nbcs-heroes-gets-spinoff/ it says there will be 15 new episodes...how cool is that!

NBC annouced today (May 15) that “Heroes:Origins” will consist of 6 new segments making a total of 30 for the full “Heroes” season.

Anyways I thank you guys soooo much, you finally taught me how to write 'boogeyman'!!!! That's incredible. Yeah, it's over which makes me sad (as always when sth.'s ending) but it was definetly an awesome season! One day I will have enough freetime to waste and then - I tell yous - I will so watch the whole season at once and noone will be able to stop me then muahahah *mad laughing*

Just kidding, I'm not such a maniac, am I?
